Our Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Our full cancellation policy can be found in the T&C’s link above.

For regular dog walking services, a minimum of 28 days’ written notice is required to cancel a scheduled walk to receive a full refund for that specific walk. Cancellations made with less than 28 days’ notice will be charged in full.

However, this can not exceed more than 2 weeks off from walks in a 3-month period. Anything more than 2 weeks will be charged at 50% until which time walks resume, if you wish to secure your dog’s slot. This is because regular walking spots are reserved specifically for your dog each week, and staffing levels and group sizes are planned around these bookings.

Extreme Weather Policy

We always do our best to ensure your dog is walked, regardless of the weather. However, sometimes, during a cold winter, a storm, or in very hot weather when temperatures are in the late 20s, it becomes dangerous and irresponsible to walk your dog.

In extreme weather circumstances, where walks are not feasible, we will provide check-ins instead. Check-ins are 20-30 minutes, where we let your dog out for a potty break and provide them with loving company - whether that be cuddles or some play time or enrichment games. Please note that payment remains payable as we cannot control the weather. Even if your walk is switched to a check-in or if the walk is cancelled by either party, no cancellations will be accepted.

We will always keep you informed via WhatsApp at the earliest possible point. If a check-in is also not possible (due to unsafe travel conditions, etc.), we will try to inform you before 8 a.m. Our priority is to maintain an open and timely line of communication with you for the best care of your pet.

Examples of extreme weather:

  • Heatwaves (specifically above 24 degrees celsius)

  • Thunderstorms

  • Dangerously High Winds

  • Thick Ice/Snow
